D51型辗环机性能特点
A：整机造型新颖，机身底座为钢板焊接结构，轻巧美观，刚性好。

B：机床设计科学合理，特别是主轴轴承结构分布的创新与改进，使机床的辗压精度高。

C：上支承滑块断面呈矩形，刚性好。滑块导向导轨长度增大到滑块行程的5-6倍，导向精度高。

D：机床主要零部件均采用铸钢或优质合金钢制造，材质优良。

E：下支承轴承密封，能在较为恶劣的环境下正常工作。

F：用国际标准的Yx密封圈密封，气缸阻力小，密封性能可靠，耐磨性好。

G： 辗压轮采用内锥形涨圈固定，定位精度高，辗压轮拆卸更换方便。
